Basic Steel Construction-
Steel Frame consist of 50 X 25 mm Rectangular Tube resting on a wooden Floor that are build onto steel frame with steel stilts. Cement Floor is optional. (This Construction can also replace your separate single or double garage Roof for an extra flat.)
The outer Frame then gets covered with Silver Bubble Insolation Sheets before the IBR (Color Coded) sheets are installed on top, Horizontally.
The Inner shell are covered with Drywall (Basic and incl. in price) or wooden panels at an extra cost.
The Interior Walls (Rooms), Electrical fittings plus DB Board, Plumbing, Bathroom fittings and Kitchen sink plus cupboards are excluded in the price of R 3999-00 per Square meter.
Price also excludes Architectural Plans and Delivery.
Price Include Assembly on site by our Assembly team for the whole unit are pre-manufactured.
